Rather than binary opaque decisions, AdivasiSetu scores applicants transparently across six weighted dimensions:

Matches are categorized into:

2. One-Time Document Vault

3. Live 6-Stage Application Tracker

Follows the real welfare pipeline:

Profile Completed → Documents Submitted → Application Submitted → Under Verification → Final Decision → Scholarship Received (DBT)

4. Admin Scrutiny & Sanction Portal

5. JAGO Awareness & Advisory System

🔑 Demo Access Credentials (1-Click Instant Login Available)

For seamless evaluation, quick demo buttons are embedded on the login page:

Deploying the GitHub Pages Frontend

GitHub Pages serves static files only. Deploy the API separately with Render and use MongoDB Atlas for the remote database.

  1. Create an Atlas cluster and database user. Allow the Render service’s outbound IP addresses in Atlas Network Access.
  2. In Render, create a Blueprint from this repository. Render reads render.yaml; provide the Atlas connection string as the MONGODB_URI environment variable. The blueprint generates JWT_SECRET.
  3. After deployment, verify https://<render-service>.onrender.com/api/health returns JSON.
  4. Set window.ADIVASISETU_API_BASE in frontend/js/api-config.js to https://<render-service>.onrender.com/api.
  5. In GitHub repository settings, set Pages’ build source to GitHub Actions. The included workflow publishes frontend/ when frontend files are pushed to main.

Keep database credentials in Render’s environment settings. Do not commit the Atlas connection string.
